There will be a dedicated employee assigned exclusively to the client, with Partner Pros overseeing their management. Our focus is on HR and employee management as well as seamless collaboration to ensure client satisfaction.
What time zone do the employees operate in?
We can accommodate whatever timing requirements are needed. Most of our employees work during the reg US time zone daytime hours, following a 9 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM schedule for a 40-hour work week.
Are the employees fluent in English?
Absolutely. We exclusively hire individuals with high-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Our team members are well-educated and skilled professionals.
What is the hiring process for your virtual staff?
First, we gather information from the client as to what are the particular details and skill sets required for the position needed to be filled. We then recruit candidates by looking at our internal pool of candidates as well as posting jobs on strategically placed local job boards. Many of our high-caliber candidates come from internal referrals. We have a meticulous vetting process that includes background checks. How do clients know that the employee is working if they are off-site?

While some clients opt for this feature, others prefer to trust their employees without screen monitoring. The choice is yours. Additionally, we implement comprehensive daily reports documenting progress to ensure that timelines and productivity goals are being met.
Who takes care of the payroll?
Partner Pros manages the full HR process including payroll and much more, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our clients.
Will the client have to pay Payroll taxes?
No, the client wouldn’t. Clients simply pay one monthly service fee and the rest is included and handled by Partner Pros. PP will handle all payroll and HR-related concerns, allowing clients to focus on their business without the administrative burden.
Is there any contract?
No contracts are involved. Our services operate on a month-to-month payment basis, providing flexibility for our clients. Cancel anytime without penalties.
